A: The hydraulic pump in the FP-360X is powered by a 3 kW power pack. It is manufactured by the Chinese brand Zhuotong and sourced from a supplier in Qingdao.
A: Yes, the power pack can be customized. If the client can supply 220V or 380V, 3-phase electrical power, we offer the option to customize the power pack with Bucher, a Swiss brand, at an additional cost .
A: The inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is 100mm, and the outer diameter is 114mm. We use an Italian-brand anti-burst valve and seal rings for the cylinder. The columns are made of Q235 steel with a thickness of 5mm.

Alternatively, if setting up a roof is not preferred, we recommend utilizing our additional protection devices, such as advanced anti-rust finish with “Epoxy Zinc Rich primer”, power pack shelters, metal oil tanks, IP65 electrical control box, and waterproof key control panels. These enhancements are designed to safeguard the lift against heavy rain and intense sunlight.
