Shuttle Automated Parking System, also known as a plane-moving parking system, is an automated parking system solution that uses a combination of horizontal and vertical movement to park and retrieve vehicles. The system utilizes a series of shuttles or robotic carriers that transport vehicles to and from parking spaces within a structure. To retrieve a vehicle, the process is reversed. The shuttle moves to the designated parking space and lifts the vehicle off its parking spot. It then moves the vehicle back to the original parking position for the driver to retrieve.
